P96 V3.3.0 released

Version 3.3.0 of the popular RTG driver P96 corrects reported errors and introduces new drivers for classic graphics cards such as Retina Z2 and the (somewhat special) Visiona card. Routines for conversion from chunky to planar (and vice versa) have been optimized, and in case of the CV3D card even accelerated by hardware.
